Tummy Update Time!!

Warning!! As you see from the title, I've posted a pic of my bodacious belly (ya, I'm a fan of alliteration and sarcasm). Just wanted to give you a heads up.

But, truthfully, I'm so excited to show you the results! When I posted on April 28th I was using the Galvanic Spa with Body Shaping Gel before every shower. So, to answer your inevitable question, no, unfortunately, that's not every day. I have 3 children aged 10 months - 7 years with one of them having special needs, but you're not here to listen to my excuses... :-)

I've also been trying to remember to use the Dermatic Effects Body Contouring Lotion morning and night on the treated side. But, honestly, I'm not 100% at that. So, I was quite surprised when I took this picture this afternoon & realized what an improvement there had been.


It's also important to note that the last few weeks have been really busy for me & I've been eating awfully and haven't been exercising. I'm not saying that to give you the impression that I believe you can get the results you're probably wanting without proper diet and exercise. I'm just saying that so you know that my improvements are more than likely not due to diet and exercise. Right? Okay.

Anyway, WAHOO! I'm really excited about this. The Galvanic Spa truly works. I'm going to lose my Momma Muffin Top! All without needles, surgery, and expensive procedures. Update...

I've started using the Galvanic Spa with the Body Shaping Gel for 3-5 minutes each day before I shower. I tried to get a good picture that shows how well the treated side has improved, but I didn't think that I was getting a good shot. I really feel like the treated side has better texture (more smooth, not as wrinkly) than the untreated side. This picture was taken 4-23.

Now, I've started using Dermatic Effects Body Contouring Lotion morning and night on the treated side. Soon I'll update with more pics. I've already noticed a difference over the past 5 days. I'm really quite excited about this.

Do I Dare?

On Monday of this week (today is Thursday) my good friend Amy called, very excited to share with me a new product that she had found & wanted to introduce it to me. I said, "Sure." "Can I come over right now?" she asked. It was 9:40 in the morning. This may not be a big deal for some of you, but if you know me at all, you know organizational skills is not an asset of mine. Fortunately, I was dressed, and Amy is truly a really great friend, so I said "Sure" again.

She brought with her a small, simple looking device that she told me would take 10 years off my face. I'm 31 and just the week before had began to notice how prominent my crow's feet & smile lines are becoming. I was trying to be upbeat about it and thought, well at least I'm a happy person, right?

And, I don't really believe in those ads you see, "Take 1o years off your face in 10 minutes." Ya, right. I'm a pretty skeptical person. I don't even believe that anyone has ever landed on the moon. Yep, a real conspiracy theorist you've found here. So, after doing a 5-minute session on one side of my face using the ageLOC facial gels, I was completely surprised to see my smile line was diminished and my crow's feet had minimized on that one side. Amazing...

This morning I tried the Body Shaping Gel on half of my Gained-50+ #-with-each-of-my-3-pregnancies Mommy Belly & was pleased to notice a subtle change. I decided to be really gutsy and take a picture to document it. So, any of you with weak constitutions may decide that you want to skip the next picture.

I will continue to update this blog with pictures of my belly over time as I use the Body Shaping Gel. I want those of you that, like me, are skeptical, to see real results from a real person. I will be completely truthful. These aren't touched up photographs (obviously!) and are just taken with my little Fuji A820. Yes, I'm in the process of losing 25# and will be dieting & working out, but I always will only do one side so you can tell how much the Galvanic Spa System II with the Body Shaping Gel is working.
