But, truthfully, I'm so excited to show you the results! When I posted on April 28th I was using the Galvanic Spa with Body Shaping Gel before every shower. So, to answer your inevitable question, no, unfortunately, that's not every day. I have 3 children aged 10 months - 7 years with one of them having special needs, but you're not here to listen to my excuses... :-)
I've also been trying to remember to use the Dermatic Effects Body Contouring Lotion morning and night on the treated side. But, honestly, I'm not 100% at that. So, I was quite surprised when I took this picture this afternoon & realized what an improvement there had been.
It's also important to note that the last few weeks have been really busy for me & I've been eating awfully and haven't been exercising. I'm not saying that to give you the impression that I believe you can get the results you're probably wanting without proper diet and exercise. I'm just saying that so you know that my improvements are more than likely not due to diet and exercise. Right? Okay.
Anyway, WAHOO! I'm really excited about this. The Galvanic Spa truly works. I'm going to lose my Momma Muffin Top! All without needles, surgery, and expensive procedures. Great! I'm all about diet and exercise. I think it's hilarious when they have a new weight loss pill or something and say "use with diet and exercise". THAT alone will produce results!
ReplyDeleteYes, I agree with you completely. :) The *best* way to lose weight is to eat healthy and exercise. But, that still doesn't get rid of excess skin. The Galvanic Spa *can* do that! :)
